Essential Functions

Psychotherapy with people in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long term care settings. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care rooted in best practices. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of medical and psychiatric providers to optimize quality-of-life and support facilities. Support patients with conditions including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia, grief, loss, and life transitions.

Timely, accurate documentation. Financial Rewards and Benefits: Annual compensation $55,000.00. Highly flexible schedule, no call, nights or weekends, holidays off. Malpractice insurance. Education

Qualifications

Unrestricted LCSW or LPC-MHSP license. Knowledge of standard documentation practices. Experience working with geriatric population and persons with dementia preferred. Experience working in a post-acute or healthcare setting is preferred.
