Description Principal Area of Responsibility: The individual in this position will be responsible for facilities and compliance utility maintenance and repair.

Requirements

  • This position involves compliance to waste streams, EPA, waste removal, and air compliance.
  • Manage dust collection, paint process, red tag area, and boiler operations.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic controls.
  • Preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Building and facilities maintenance.
  • Assist with Friction maintenance and CNC preventative maintenance.
  • Facilities, building, and ground maintenance.
  • Relocation / Installation of machinery, and process improvements. Position Requirements:
  • Requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with general maintenance.
  • Able to run / bend conduit, air, water and coolant lines.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting all deadlines.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter that is able to follow instructions.
  • Knowledge of low voltage and the ability to install and wire these circuits.
  • Experience with the use of industrial equipment and tools.
  • Trade or technical degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance field.
