Tammany Parish, and nearby communities Lead residential HVAC system installations according to applicable codes and company standards Install heating and air conditioning equipment and related HVAC components Troubleshoot installation issues and determine practical solutions in the field Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction Complete required installation documentation and job reports accurately Maintain safe, organized job sites Properly care for company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles Participate in scheduled rotating weekend shifts Help ensure each residential HVAC installation meets company quality standards Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.

Minimum 1 year of lead residential HVAC installation experience Universal EPA Certification preferred, but not required Residential HVAC installation knowledge and hands-on technical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and complete assigned installations to company standards Willingness to participate in rotating weekend shifts Valid driver’s license High school diploma or GED One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of New Orleans is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
