Supervisor, Nuclear Medicine and MRI

Organization: MPHS-Mills-Peninsula Medical Center Position Overview: Supervises and oversees the day-to-day activities related to the nuclear medicine services ensuring consistent delivery of high value quality services to support effective outcomes. Oversees and facilitates daily operations, and liaises with other patient care departments to ensure service integration, and safe and effective delivery of services.

Establishes work priorities, and assists staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Implements and enforces adherence to department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, the Joint Commission (TJC) standards, and applicable laws and regulations Identifies and implements cost savings and best practices, using Lean or other process improvement methods and concepts.

Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline and standardize workflows and procedures, and/or drive positive outcomes. Job Description : EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider NMT-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist OR ARDMS-American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years of recent relevant experience. Job Shift: Days Schedule: Full Time Shift Hours: 8 Days of the Week: Monday

Pay Range

is $97.78 to $136.88 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
