Seasonal Sales Associate - Hive Bed & Bath

Job Overview: As a Hive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a first-rate customer experience by confidently guiding and assisting customers with their needs.

You’ll ensure that every interaction reflects Hive Collective’s values dedication to exceptional service and collaboration over competition. This role demands active engagement on the sales floor, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Hiring for part-time or full-time seasonal, with the potential to stay on longterm.

Store hours are Monday

• Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM Position starts at $20 per hour, actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

What Your Background / Experience Should Look Like: Luxury retail sales and/or mattress sales experience preferred Proficient in Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications Passion for design Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Professional communication and social skills appropriate for guest interaction Professional attire and appearance in keeping with Hive Personal appearance standards Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team atmosphere Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items, up to 15 lbs.

, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques Ability to maneuver effectively around the floor, stock room, and cash wrap Able to stand and walk during shifts up to 8 hours, with prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and performing repetitive hand/arm movements Able to interact verbally with other employees Able to understand and follow standard operating procedures Flexibility with scheduling, including availability to work Saturdays
