Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards. Maintain HRIS (Workday) data integrity and support reporting and audits as needed. HR Program Execution & Workforce Planning: Implement HR initiatives aligned with business priorities. Monitor workforce trends and partner with leadership to support productivity, retention, and operational success.
Manufacturing Environment: Support HR practices within a 3-shift manufacturing environment. Collaborate with broader HR teams to ensure alignment with company standards and global practices.
