Responsibilities Process accounts payable invoices and payments Handle vehicle billing and related documentation Reconcile schedules and accounting records Assist with general accounting office duties Maintain accurate and organized records Support office and dealership management as needed Qualifications Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred Experience with Accounts Payable and billing required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Professional communication and teamwork skills Benefits Competitive pay Benefits package available Opportunity to work with a growing dealership team Pre-employment background check required.
