The Guest Service Representatives are the greeters, problem-solvers, and sales force of all that is the location where you work. You provide excellent service; apply knowledge of company products, optional tours, services, local information, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist guests and employees; and support the overall goals of the company as you provide the best experience possible for our visitors.

Be part of the team who shares their backyard with guests. Live a summer of adventure and memories, both creating your own and those for others. Performs a variety of moderately difficult customer service tasks. Routinely applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies to provide excellent customer service and generate maximum sales.

Assists customers, employees, and management and responds to queries. Supports housekeeping and laundry as directed. Other Duties as Assigned. One year of experience in positions involving customer service. Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized reservation systems.

Must pass a pre-employment background check. Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.

Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Travel
