Regional Director, HSE & Maintenance - Americas

The Regional Director, HSE & Maintenance, Americas will provide leadership and hands-on support across North American manufacturing sites, driving excellence in environmental, health, safety, maintenance, and equipment reliability. This role partners closely with site leadership to strengthen regulatory compliance, reduce operational risk, enhance maintenance effectiveness, and implement standardized HSE, preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.

The position is responsible for improving safety performance, equipment uptime, asset reliability, facility infrastructure, and continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and productive operations across the region.
