Full Time Program Details $3,000 per semester, up to four semesters 6-month work agreement per semester funded (up to 2 years) required upon completion of the program as a full-time respiratory therapist Applications accepted year-round Eligibility Requirements Acceptance into a fully accredited respiratory therapy program ​ Overall GPA of 2.5 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale) The following documents must be provided if selected for an interview: Letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment in a fully accredited respiratory therapy program (this can be uploaded with your application) Official transcript from current or most recent university (this can be uploaded with your application; we cannot accept unofficial transcripts) One letter of recommendation from an instructor or previous/current employer ( we cannot accept letters from students; it must be sent directly from your reference) Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136 EOE Protected Veterans/Disability
