• Metrology ideal candidate is a hands on subject matter expert with experience in (Zeiss) CT scanning systems, CMM operation, Optical Measurement Systems, 3D Scanning as well as any traditional types of measurement disciplines that yield accurate dimensional data. They will lead AFL’s metrology workflows, produce FAI documentation, and support engineering teams with precise, data driven insights throughout the product lifecycle. Operating at the intersection of Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing, this role is responsible for generating highly accurate measurement data, validating complex plastic and metal components, and ensuring AFL’s products meet stringent dimensional and functional requirements.
