Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude Handle check-ins and check-outs Answer guest questions and requests Manage reservations and phone calls Help maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide excellent customer service throughout each guest’s stay Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
