Are you ready to achieve great things with us? As a Welder-Fitter, you will bring expertise in aluminum welding and assembly, with a proven ability to perform MIG and TIG welding at a high standard. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, international team to achieve production goals.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the welding and assembly processes. Key Activities Assemble aluminum subassemblies and structures following technical drawings and work instructions. Perform MIG and TIG welding operations with precision and integrity to complete car body structures.

Conduct finishing work on welded components, ensuring smooth surfaces and adherence to specifications. Collaborate efficiently within a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely project progress. Maintain high-quality standards through inspections and adherence to production guidelines. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

Qualifications
