Flatbed Equipment Manager

Repair flatbed tarps (patching/grommets) Inspect tarps and securement gear (straps, chains, binders, edge protectors) Issue/receive equipment from drivers and document condition Work with Inventory Manager to track supplies and reorder needs Equip trucks with required flatbed gear before dispatch Keep the truck bay and equipment areas clean, organized, and safe Track equipment issued to drivers and support billing for lost/damaged items Help improve processes to reduce equipment loss and downtime Experience in flatbed trucking, equipment management, or related field preferred Knowledge of flatbed tarps and cargo securement equipment Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable interacting with drivers and other departments Basic computer or record-keeping skills Ability to lift, move, and handle flatbed equipment
