IT Application Support Specialist
Job description
The Application Support Specialist provides technical assistance and customer service to Sheehan Family Companies employees across all corporate and divisional locations. This role is responsible for providing timely technical support for software applications, computer hardware, operating systems and delivering high-quality assistance to end users across the organization.
They will assist with training end users and contribute to technology initiatives that strengthen overall business operations. Support includes off hours availability and travel to remote sites.
