About the Role

We're hiring a Patient Access Representative for our Sharonville location (Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm). This role is often the first voice someone hears when reaching out for help — guiding clients and families through the admissions process, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported from the very first call.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and referral sources Conduct initial screenings to determine the appropriate level of care Explain De. Coach's services, treatment options, and admissions process clearly and accurately Admissions Coordination Manage documentation, insurance verification, and pre-authorizations Partner with clinical, medical, and outreach teams for a smooth intake-to-admission transition Keep admissions records accurate and compliant Communication & Collaboration Maintain consistent follow-up with clients, families, and referral sources Work with the outreach team on lead follow-up and conversion Coordinate with clinical and medical staff on assessments and intake scheduling Education & Support Help clients and families understand the recovery process and available resources Provide calm, informed support during a difficult and often emotional time Contribute to informational materials about De.
