Sr. Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Account Executive based in the United States. The Senior Account Executive will drive enterprise sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer relationships within the large enterprise market.

This role focuses on engaging organizations with more than 10,000 employees, building relationships with senior executives, and positioning innovative HR software solutions. You will lead consultative sales conversations, uncover complex business challenges, and demonstrate measurable value through tailored solutions and compelling business cases.

Working closely with sales development, marketing, product, and customer success teams, you will coordinate sales activities and deliver a seamless customer experience. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to product demonstrations, negotiations, and successful handoffs. The ideal candidate combines SaaS enterprise sales expertise with strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence complex buying committees.
