We are seeking an exceptional Core C++ Developerto contribute to the development and optimization of ourhigh-performance trading systems. This role focuses on building ultra-low-latency infrastructure, optimizing execution speed, and ensuring robust system reliability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inmodern C/C++, systems programming, and high-performance computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, high-performance trading infrastructureinmodern C/C++ (latest standards).
• Implement efficient and scalable trading algorithms, order execution, and risk management systems.
• Deep understanding of exchange connectivity standards for market data and order entry
• Optimize CPU performance, memory management, and multi-threaded applications.
• Collaborate with quant researchers, traders, and infrastructure engineers to improve system performance.
• Profile, benchmark, and debug real-time systems to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
• Maintain robust and fault-tolerantsystem components forcontinuous trading operations.

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in C++, with a strong grasp ofmodern C++ features (C++17/20/23/26).
• Extensive experience in low-latency, high-performance systems programming.
• Deep understanding of networking (TCP/UDP), concurrency, and multi-threading.
• Strong experience in Linux-based developmentandperformance tuning.
• Experience with real-time, high-throughput systems where performance is critical.
• Background in crypto or traditional finance trading systems
