About Coric designs, distributes, and supports material handling equipment and solutions — forklifts, racking and storage systems, and warehouse automation — for customers across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. As Coric expands its branch and distribution network, we're looking for a Field Sales Manager to drive Product Sales Growth in the local market.
Reporting This role reports to the Director of Sales
- Midwest.
Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our material handling sales efforts while actively growing and mentoring a high-performing sales team. This team is responsible for sales of New & Used Forklifts, Floorcare Equipment & other assorted Warehouse Products/Solutions.
Key responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development o Recruit, Train and Lead a team of Sales Professionals focused on selling and delivering material handling equipment to customers. o Provide Coaching, Performance Management, and Strategic Direction to ensure team success while fostering a high-performance sales culture. Product Knowledge o Ability to master a full range of products to support and guide your team.
Annual Business Planning o Develop and execute an annual business plan in partnership with Executive Leadership. Pricing & Proposal Models o Ensure deep understanding of pricing strategies and proposal models to support deals with accuracy and competitiveness. Market Share Growth o Implement sales strategies that capture market share from larger competitors by emphasizing value, service and responsiveness.
CRM & Sales Reporting o Maintain and Monitor Accurate Record of all sales activities using CRM Tools. o Guide your team in best practices for reporting and pipeline management. Policy & Process Alignment o Ensure Company policies and procedures are upheld, clearly communicated, and consistently implement across the sales organization qualifications Required Proven Success in Field Sales (1-3 years) and/or B2B Sales (1-3 years) Experience Building & Managing a Team (1-3 years) Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University Preferred Prior Experience in Sales Leadership Prior Experience in Material Handling Industry skills Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Strong Interpersonal, Organizational and Team-Building Skills Analytical Mindset Ability to Travel to Support Team & Clients compensation & benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit, plus annual bonus program 401(k) matching Dental insurance Vision insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Short-term disability Long-term disability Paid Holidays Paid time off Sick days
