Position Summary

Aids in talent acquisition efforts for various recruitment tasks that contribute to the evaluation and selection of top-quality candidates. Major Tasks and Responsibilities Assists and supports with the hiring process and onboarding duties. Reviews completed inquiries for discrepancies, obtains statements, and conducts employment verifications.

Escalates high-priority related issues to business partners. Conducts pre-employment screening interviews, reference checks, and responds to routine policy questions. Completes employment verification requests, including e-verification requests. Obtains department mail and distributes or handles appropriately. Performs administrative tasks, such as creating letters, entering data, and coordinating departmental meetings.

Collaborates with recruiting specialists in scheduling interviews.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of recruiting and human resources experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
