Summary We are seeking a Capstone/College Advisory professional to join our team at Tindley Accelerated Schools.

In this role, you will guide students through their capstone projects and college preparation processes, ensuring they are well-equipped for their academic journeys and future endeavors.

Responsibilities

Guide students in developing and completing their capstone projects, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Provide personalized college advisory services, including application processes, essay writing, and interview preparation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive environment for student success.

Organize workshops and seminars focused on college readiness and career exploration. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Experience in educational settings, particularly in college advising or project-based learning. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. Ability to motivate and inspire students towards academic success. Teaching License
