Principal Product Manager

We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager who thrives on solving complex product problems and turning them into measurable user outcomes. This role will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to identify high-impact opportunities, shape product strategy, and build solutions that improve core KPIs. This is a product discovery, behavioral thinking, and outcomes-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

Own and solve high-impact product problems that influence core business metrics and marketplace performance Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements, product opportunities, hypotheses and experiments Lead end-to-end product discovery through customer research, behavioral insights and data analysis Design product experiences using product and UX judgment that guide user behavior and improve activation, retention, and conversion Partner closely with Engineering, Design and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Define success metrics and measure the impact of product initiatives Run experiments and iterate quickly based on user feedback and performance data Continuously elevate our product thinking by introducing strong discovery practices and product frameworks Key Competencies 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear solutions Experience improving activation, retention or conversion in user facing products Experience in a two-sided marketplace strongly preferred Comfort using product analytics and experimentation to guide product decisions Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Superb communication both verbal and written Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Relentless commitment to advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion and a sincere commitment to our mission Learn More: https://joingotu.
