JOB SUMMARY

The Service Helper is responsible for assisting service technicians and professionals in performing their tasks, ensuring efficiency and safety. The role involves performing minor repairs, maintaining tools and equipment, and preparing work areas. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Essential Job Functions: Assists service technicians in performing their tasks, under supervision.

Carries out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed. Prepares work areas before service tasks begin, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Cleans up work areas after service tasks are completed. Maintains and organizes tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Carries and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to the work area as needed.

Learns and complies with all safety regulations and procedures. Wears proper PPE when required. Reports any issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly. Assists in inventory management and order supplies as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. compliance: Operates with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality.

Adheres to company policies and procedures. Skills & Abilities: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft suite, CRM or similar programs. Ability to build relationships and interact positively with employees, management staff and customers.

Ability to identify issues, address them and provide effective solutions. Skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Ability to maintain compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Ability to adapt to changes and handle them with professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of conversations, data records, files, and other vital information.

Ability to learn new skills and apply them to daily tasks. Careful planning, multitasking, and excellent time management and customer service skills are critical.

Education

& Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver license and a clean driving record. Experience: Minimum one year of experience as a service helper or a similar role is preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, bending, reaching. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times. Work may be performed in high/low temperature.
