Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP has an opportunity for an experienced attorney (senior associate or junior partner level) with a minimum of seven years of experience to join our sophisticated Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors’ Rights practice in the Tampa, FL, office. Portable business is a plus but not required. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex restructurings and insolvencies (including Chapter 11 and cross-border restructurings) as well as commercial disputes while representing national and global clients across a diverse range of industries.
