Job Description Superior Rent to Own is currently looking for customer focused, high energy Sales Managers for Boutte, LA Sales Manager duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Generate sales leads through telephone and field marketing
• Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales and profits
• Maintain the sales floor condition and keep coworkers informed of promotions/products
• meet or exceed goals for store performance, customer satisfaction Requirements include:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High School degree or GED equivalent
• Computer literacy with windows operating systems
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record Benefits include:
