Patient Access Representative

• Day Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: Salary Range: $16.00 - $23.00 Union Position: No Department Details Variable hours Monday-Friday Summary Greet persons entering facility, determine nature and purpose of visit, and check-in, direct or escort them to specific destinations. Job Description Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, patients/residents, visitors, and/or employees regarding activities conducted at the facility, location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. May schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. May have access or schedule staff vacation within the department. May collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
