Salary Range : $17-$18 hourly plus commission Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals Follow up with prospective residents Assist in off-site and on-site marketing Properly respond to any resident concerns Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results Provide support to other leasing consultants 2 years of sales or property management experience (Preferred) Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and customer service skills Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations. Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver's license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state The company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
