Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, quote requests, and orders in a timely and professional manner Provide technical assistance for pump sizing, troubleshooting, and product availability Review tear-down reports, inspections, and service photos to generate detailed repair estimates and customer facing reports Prepare and submit quotes, work orders, and purchase orders Coordinate purchases, subcontract work, and rentals for each job Collaborate with internal service teams, vendors, and outside sales to facilitate repair jobs to completion Ensure repair documentation is complete and meets company and client standards Perform site visits, when required, to capture job-specific information Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Review and approve product quality before final delivery Support house accounts and direct client relationships by understanding needs and proposing service solutions Foster positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and clients Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience Familiarity with pumping systems, motors, and mechanical equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits and 401(k) options On-the-job training and continuous development At Ferguson, we care for each other.

• Pay Range: - $4,743.90 - $8,960.60
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
