Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Hydrasearch, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Stevensville, MD! This role is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of engineered fluid-transfer components and mechanical hardware used in demanding commercial, aerospace, and defense applications.

As a hands-on individual contributor, you will lead products through the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through validation, production, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, customers, and suppliers to solve complex engineering challenges, drive technical decisions, and deliver practical, manufacturable solutions.
