Line Maintenance Technician (7-7) **$29hr+** No Mandatory Overtime!

Purpose and role of job: Responsible for providing maintenance support for the facility and leadership of shift mechanics. This role will be the primary point of contact for all shift maintenance trouble calls, work prioritization and assignments to shift technicians. The successful Shift Lead will also understand line performance metrics and the role that maintenance plays in their improvement.

This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, indirectly to Maintenance Manager, and collaborates closely with all plant departments.
