Director of Rewards & Operations

Cast is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Rewards & Operations to partner closely with the CHRO and business leaders in designing, delivering, and continuously improving best-in-class total rewards and HR operations for our global workforce. This leader will shape and communicate Market. Cast’s rewards philosophy, strengthen scalable HR operating practices, and drive a high-quality employee experience across payroll, benefits operations, people analytics, HR systems, compliance, and service delivery.
