About the Community The Shores is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation.

Our Therapy team plays an essential role in helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life.

What You'll Do

Provide physical therapy treatments designed by the licensed Physical Therapist to help residents reach their goals Guide residents through exercises and activities that improve strength, balance, mobility, and walking ability Support residents in practicing functional skills such as transfers, stair navigation, and safe movement throughout daily routines Monitor resident performance during therapy sessions and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist Complete timely, accurate documentation to maintain continuity of care and support treatment outcomes What You'll Need Required: Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing, sub-acute rehab, or home health (newly licensed PTAs are welcome to apply) Experience with Net Health Therapy documentation Pay and Benefits $40.
