Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Experience creating and editing short-form video content for Reels, Tik. Tok, and YouTube Shorts Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies Excellent written communication skills for captions and social media messaging Ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Core responsibilities: Publish and schedule pre-created social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik.

Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Create engaging social media content including graphics, promotional posts, stories, carousels, Reels, Tik. Toks, and Shorts Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, captions, content ideas, and social media campaigns Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Develop content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules Create content highlighting services, customer experiences, events, promotions, and brand initiatives Edit short-form video content for social media platforms Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions optimized for engagement and reach Monitor social media trends and recommend new content opportunities Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner Engage with followers and help build an active online community Monitor platform analytics and track content performance Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and reach Coordinate with management regarding promotions, campaigns, and upcoming events Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms Assist with marketing initiatives and online promotional campaigns as needed Assist in setting up, managing, and boosting targeted social media advertisements (e.
