Job description
The Senior Project Manager’s primary role is to provide overall administrative and technical direction for major projects. Working in concert with Superintendents, Sr. PMs manage all aspects of project delivery including estimating, cost management, change management, budget forecasting, scheduling and contract negotiation.
Responsible for leading all aspects of a project’s construction phase and serve as the point of contact for daily interaction with the client and engineers. Senior Project Managers are responsible for the coordination of the field management team which could include Superintendents, Asst Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers and Project Engineers, etc.
and must train and develop junior staff members and willing to travel during the week as needed for projects.
