Business Development Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage. Minimum of 6- 10years of progressive experience in business development within the banking or financial services industry, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.

Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Established network of contacts within [Specify Target Region/Segment] is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant business development tools.
