Barback — Part-Time Mi Vida is looking for a motivated, dependable Barback to join our team! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in supporting the bar team and keeping service running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Part-time availability Previous restaurant or barback experience preferred Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction Dependable and punctual Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to jump in wherever needed What You’ll Do Keep the bar stocked and organized Replenish ice, glassware, liquor, beer, and other supplies Assist bartenders throughout service Perform bar prep duties, including preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, and other ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar Help ensure the bar is set up and ready for service Compensation $7/hour + tips If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to be part of a busy, energetic team, we’d love to hear from you!
