Culinary / Pastry Student Intern

The Intern will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced resort culinary environment while developing skills in food preparation, pastry production, kitchen operations, and guest service. Throughout the internship, students will rotate through various culinary outlets and production areas, learning high-volume food preparation, garde manger techniques, restaurant line operations, pastry production, and event catering.

Interns will also gain exposure to food cost management, menu planning, production scheduling, and quality standards while supporting golf tournaments, weddings, special events, and resort dining operations. This internship provides a comprehensive learning experience designed to prepare students for successful careers in the culinary and hospitality industry.
