Foreign Trade Zone Coordinator

The Foreign Trade Zone Coordinator (FTZ Coordinator) is responsible for managing the admittance, Customs entry, export processes, and inventory control of international shipments at Holman Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) locations. This role involves preparing Customs admittance, entry, and international trade documentation for client import shipments while ensuring full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Department of Commerce regulations on behalf of both Holman and its clients.

Key responsibilities include

coordinating all activities required for accurate and compliant FTZ transactions, working closely with contracted cartage agents, airlines, and Holman facilities.
