Job Summary
-Responsible for Electronics and Mechanics Development Management of Airbag Control Unit in Platform and Customer Projects Job Responsibilities
- Requirement Management
- Support requirement management for electronic and mechanical components, both internally and externally, based on product engineering standards.
- Development Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and continuously update the development schedule in alignment with overall project milestones.
- Manage resources and timelines for electronic and mechanical development to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate design activities for electronic and mechanical components.
- Plan and coordinate ECU-related testing, including HW, EMC, and environmental tests.
- Manage procurement processes and interfaces with plant and sample shop to ensure prototype availability.
- Cost & Risk Management
- Monitor and control ECU development costs to achieve project cost targets.
- Conduct risk management and provide regular project status reports to the Project Manager and Steering Committee.
- Quality Management
- Ensure quality compliance for electronic and mechanical development.
- Lead or support quality gates (QG) during development phases.
- Support functional safety assessments in alignment with ISO 26262.
- Manage defect tracking and issue resolution processes.
- Change & Configuration Management
- Handle ECU-related change management to ensure proper implementation and traceability.
- Perform configuration management, including sample tracking and documentation control.
- Customer Support & Field Case Analysis
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of customer field case claims.
- Bachelor in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering, master's degree is preferred 2. 3+ years of experience of automotive project management
- Experience with ECU Electronic or Mechanic Design is preferred
- Good communication and English both in oral and written
