Responsibilities

Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations Assess current and prospective residents Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies Qualifications : Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience supervising staff Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired Passion and drive for helping others A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
