ROOM ATTENDANT The Wayfarer DTLA, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton ABOUT THE PROPERTY Located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, The Wayfarer DTLA, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is a vibrant boutique hotel designed for curious travelers looking to experience the city in a fresh, unconventional way. The 156-room hotel features The Gaslighter Social Club, a lively lobby restaurant and bar, and The Rooftop, offering dining, cocktails, and sweeping views of the Los Angeles skyline.

With stylish event spaces, unique design elements, and easy access to L.A. Live, Crypto.com Arena, the Los Angeles Convention Center, and other DTLA attractions, The Wayfarer offers an energetic setting for guests to connect, explore, and experience the city. THE ROLE As a Room Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest.

You’ll take pride in the details, keeping guest rooms and assigned areas to our standards while working efficiently and safely as part of the Housekeeping team. You will: Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls, and complete other room-cleaning tasks Complete rooms efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality Restock guest room amenities according to Company standards Report maintenance issues or items requiring immediate attention Report any damage, missing items, or guest belongings found in rooms to the appropriate manager Follow all lost-and-found procedures Maintain complete security of assigned master room keys and return them at the end of each shift Assist with laundry and other Housekeeping duties as needed Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, managers, and fellow team members Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized Housekeeping environment Support other team members and hotel departments as needed WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success means every room you touch is clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome the next guest.

You work efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail, follow safety and security procedures, and take pride in the quality of your work. You’re dependable, respectful of guests and their belongings, and a supportive member of the Housekeeping team. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Basic cleaning skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently while maintaining Company standards Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and use good judgment Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team Ability to follow safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures Ability to work with approved cleaning agents Ability to frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, twist, and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
