Learning & Development Coordinator

The H-J Family of Companies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-driven Learning & Development Coordinator to support the growth of our digital manufacturing training program. This role creates, maintains, and improves standardized work instructions, training materials, and operational documentation using Dozuki and other digital tools. Working closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams, the Learning & Development Coordinator will help transform manufacturing knowledge into scalable, repeatable training systems that improve safety, quality, productivity, and consistency across the organization.
