Greenberg Gross LLP is a high-stakes trial firm tackling some of society's most critical issues. Our plaintiff-side employment practice is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters.
What You'll Do

Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research

Handle complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs

Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
-
Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals

Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial
-
Collaborate closely with firm management, paralegals, and intake team members
-
Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes
Who You Are
-
Licensed in PA with 2+ years of experience
-
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
-
Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice
-
Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
-
Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow

Experience or interest in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus
