Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2003 after spending 12 years with State Farm corporate and moving back to my hometown to serve the community I care deeply about. Our office has grown to a team of nine, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, customer-focused environment where team members are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.

I’m a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, have been married for over 30 years, and enjoy spending time outdoors, summers at the lake, and winter snow activities with my family. Our office offers a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, continuing education opportunities, an Aspirant program, team celebrations, snacks and coffee, and flexibility to support outside passions and activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
