Manufacturing Associate (Entry Level and Experience)

Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and equipment according to company standards. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet Precix's high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.

Follow production schedules and adjust work as needed to achieve goals. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and advance career. Report any issues or discrepancies in the production process to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some technical training or experience in manufacturing is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and the ability to understand instructions clearly. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.

Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
