• New York, NY, Salary Range: $85000.00 - $95000.00Salary/year, Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. This position requires a highly organized, professional, and dependable individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, coordinate daily activities, and ensure effective communication and follow-through. Essential Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-up items, and deadlines with platforms Manage emails, phone calls, and communications on behalf of leadership. Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information. Assist with administrative operations, projects, and special assignments. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistics. Track important deadlines, tasks, and action items. Communicate professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Provide general administrative and operational support as needed. Flexibility of on-call engagement as need arises. 100% on site.

Qualifications

Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, office management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail. MUST have financial service/banking experience
