Take charge of store operations when the General Manager is away. Lead by example while creating a positive, productive work environment. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer. Promote store specials and recommend products to customers. Support team members in all aspects of store operations.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependability, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Willingness to work alongside your team and lead by example. Previous convenience store or retail management experience preferred.

Requirements
