In this organisation, the Plant Manufacturing Controller is in charge of the construction and follow-up of the budget for the plant. He/She ensures the control and the accurate recording of the entity's production cost, calculate the manufacturing variances.

He/She shall permanently ensure the efficiency of our process and tools and when possible improve them. He/She shall provide strong business support to the Operations Manager of the perimeter and lead corrective or preventive actions when needed. Budget process Monthly Closing :

• Develop annual budget and monthly forecasting for the perimeter he/she has under responsibility within Operations
• Participate to the monthly closing of the legal entity, guaranteeing reliability of costs and consistency of analytical data
• Plan and Report operating expenses. Work with managers to understand deviations
• Provide business support to all Managers of the perimeter to ensure they achieve their targets
• Support the accounting team in their interaction with external internal auditors
• Ensure company’s policies and procedures are respected Costing :
• Participate to the annual standard costing process, ensuring the integrity of the standard cost for his/her perimeter
• Report explain monthly manufacturing variances, supporting and developing corrective action plans if appropriate. Inventory :
• Follow up of the inventory and the level of provision
• Support Logistics to reach inventory targets Capex :
• Follow the capital expenditures, ensure accurate reporting of expenses
• Ensure accuracy of the financial elements of the capex
• Ensure start of production in a timely manner for all assets This list is not limitative and the Plant Controller can be involved in some ad-hoc analysis
