Employment Specialist

Description Competitive starting rate of $17.00 - $19.00 an hour! Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc. , is searching for an Employment Specialist to join our Employment Support Services team. The Employment Specialist provides assessment, job development, training and follow-up support for assigned individuals.

Responsibilities include

networking and actively seeking competitive employment opportunities for individuals with challenges. Must be a self-starter willing to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to work independently within the community. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, flexible. These are great work hours with paid holidays off starting day one of employment!!

Full-time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid vacation and sick days, as well as tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) Plan. Threshold provides comprehensive paid training for all employees. EOE M/F/V/D Requirements Bachelor's degree in human services or closely related field preferred OR associate's degree in human services or closely related field with two years' experience in relevant field OR high school diploma/GED with four years' experience in relevant field.
