Project Procurement and Materials Manager, Digital Tower Programs

Frequentis USA is seeking a Project Procurement and Materials Manager to provide end-to-end procurement planning and material visibility for the Digital Tower program. Reporting to the Digital Tower Program Manager, this position will help ensure that equipment and materials are accurately forecasted, requested, tracked, received, allocated, and available to support integration, testing, and deployment milestones.

Working closely with Program and Project Management, Engineering, the Procurement Department, Finance, Configuration Management, warehouse personnel, and key suppliers, this position will maintain alignment among project demand, approved Bills of Material, inventory, purchase requests, supplier commitments, expected receipts, costs, and project allocations.

The successful candidate will establish clear material status and forecasts, identify procurement and availability risks early, support timely management decisions, and improve repeatable planning and tracking processes as the program grows.
